Living Well with Arthritis – Arthritis Self- Management Course
Do you have arthritis ? ..then this programme by Arthritis Ireland is designed for you, to put you back in charge of your life and improve your sense of well being. Beginning Monday 1st Feb 7pm – 9.30 pm at Crosscare Blanchardstown. Contact 6470206 to book a place. Cost €20 for six sessions each Monday through to March 8th.
SafeTALK Suicide Alertness Training
SafeTALK is a half day training programme in suicide alertness organized by the National Office of Suicide Prevention. The course helps you learn basic steps to recognize persons with thoughts of suicide and link them to support services.

Crosscare Drug and Alcohol Programme: Counselling service
Crosscare Drug and Alcohol Programme has launched a free counselling service. This one-to-one counselling service is available to people over 18 years of age with any concerns arising from drink or drug use. If you are concerned about your own substance-use or about drink or drug-use by another person, this service is open to you. Counselling is available in Crosscare Blanchardstown by appointment and is provided free of charge by 3rd & 4th year Student Counsellors. Call 8360911 to book or log onto www.drugs.ie.
